Abstract

In minimarkets, the product is a staple that will be sold and bought. The products in this minimarket will determine the grouping of stock data at the Toba Store. Given this problem, it is necessary to create a new system using Rapidminer that can group stock data at Toko Toba, which was carried out at the Toko Toba Sedong minimarket and carried out in November 2021-January 2022. This k-means algorithm will not be affected by the order of objects which has been used.  In stock management that is carried out inaccurately and carelessly will cause very high and uneconomical storage costs, because there can be vacancies or excess goods and certain types of items. This study aims to group stock data using Rapidminer at Toba Stores into 2 clusters. The method that will be used in this research is using the K-Means Clustering method. This research is also strongly supported by 1 data mining tool, namely Rapidminer. Data mining on Rapidminer tools for cluster 0 there are 15 items and the data contained in it, for cluster 1 there are 9 data contained in it.

Abstract

Culinary businesses such as cafes, restaurants or rice stalls need a place that is sufficient for selling activities. The growing number of new traders makes the competition between traders more and more. This also affects the availability of space. The city of Semarang is a city that has a lot of food vendors. The rapid growth of food businesses that occurred in the city of Semarang in 2020 made less and less available places to sell. Other factors such as rental costs, facilities that will be obtained and various other factors also affect the choice of a culinary business in the city of Semarang. That way, the consideration of choosing a place will be more and more. This study aims to create a recommendation system for choosing a culinary business place in the city of Semarang using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The assessment criteria for the COPRAS method in the selection of a culinary business place in the city of Semarang consist of the criteria for rental fees with a weight of 0.4, area of a place with a weight of 0.3, facilities with a weight of 0.2 and parking area with a weight of 0.1. The recommendation results from the selection of criteria for rental fees between Rp. 500.000-Rp. 1.500.000 are Warung Qampung with a value of Ui = 1.000. Warung Qampung has the highest value because it has the cheapest rental costs where the criteria for renting costs have the highest percentage weight.

Abstract

This research was conducted to process recommendations in determining subsidized housing (KPR) for people who incidentally have low incomes using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method in the Sukabumi City area. The research method uses SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this research is a subsidized housing recommendation system using the SMART method which has an impact on time efficiency and becomes a reference for people who want to have a mortgage house.

Abstract

Nowadays, selling online is very popular, because you don't have to go to the store directly for buying and selling transactions. Buying and selling via the internet is called an online shop. Amalia Store is an offline store with no online facilities where buyers are only from those around the store. The author makes an e-commerce design for this store so that it can compete in a wider area. By building an e-commerce website for an online store at the Amalia store, it will bring sales profits because it expands the sales area and adds buyers from various regions. Shopping online is now very easy to do, because with the internet, buyers can shop anywhere and anytime. This convenience makes the online shop very popular in all circles. Analysis of the current system is described using activity diagrams and an explanation of the process that will be designed using use case diagrams. The system design is carried out, using a Class Diagram. From the analysis and design carried out, it will produce an e-commerce information system design on a web-based Amalia store that uses the waterfall method and can be implemented to help manage data and reduce user errors.

Abstract

Presence shows the presence of the employee in a company and can be used as one of the points for calculating salaries and meal allowances. The presence system is one of the most important components in an office as an employee attendance recorder. This employee attendance system can later be a proof that the employee is already in the office or company. PT. Tigaraksa Satria which is usually done manually (by means of a signature on the attendance register paper) will be able to cause inefficient data collection and has a weakness that allows fraud in recording employee attendance, the fraud is often called an absentee deposit, therefore a system is needed which can be used to address fraud as well as more specific data collection on employee attendance. QR code has the advantage of being easy to read from various directions, large capacity, small size, can be resistant to dirty and not easily damaged. In this way the QR code can be used as the basis for the development of a presence system. In order to avoid cheating in attending attendance or leaving attendance, employees must take a face photo when making attendance with a QR code. PT. Tigaraksa Satria based on QR code can validate every process on the system such as login, data entry, attendance and so on.

Abstract

To create production downtime report-making using an information system at PT. Apparel One Indonesia 2 is still very important to investigate daily production time. Moreover, this report is also used to find out some of the problems that occur every day so that the company can prevent the occurrence of same problem in the future. So, it is expected that the problem will be resolved more effectively in reporting production downtime in PT. Apparel One Indonesia 2. Currently, the company’s reporting process is still manual, using the paper and then inputting to Microsoft Excel software by the administrator. This makes the administrator takes longer time for making the production of production downtime reports and requires a lot of paper to make. The risk of misreporting all the company’s problems and processes is also high. The downtime reporting using information system has been successfully implemented. It is expected that the built of information system can be used for faster and more accurate data processing. This information system produces several reports, including production downtime reports, borrowing reports (machines, needles, and spare parts), expenditure reports, return reports and stock reports (machines), needles, and spare parts) which are useful for monitoring so that downtime is minimized. The results of the questionnaire test from the built PKK information system were measured using a Likert scale, and the results were 95% in the very satisfied category.

Abstract

Report recording system and product sales that have been carried out at PT. Officer is still manual by using the Microsoft Excel application which is done by the admin of PT. Officer which is considered very risky in data storage. In addition, if the customer comes directly to the store, the customer must wait at least 30 minutes for transaction processing because the admin is still processing it manually. With the creation of a Sales Information System at this Web-Based PT. Officer, it is hoped that it can help all parties to process the data. Data processing starts from the admin who can add products, edit products and delete products that are directly connected to the database. And customers can make product purchase transactions.This system was developed using Visual Studio Code, PHP, CSS, XAMP V3.3.0 and MYSQL applications. The method used or used in this information system is the Waterfall Method. With this website, transactions and sales reports can be processed in a structured manner and the security system can be guaranteed because it is stored in the database. This website is designed to assist customers in providing the desired product. The results of this information system can simplify the ordering process and the sales process. And this information system is also a means to expand and simplify services so that they can become faster, more effective and efficient.

Abstract

PT Avia Jaya Indah has work targets that must be achieved in order to support the quality of the company. To achieve this work target, every employee must maximize his potential, so it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate employee performance. Facts in the field, to carry out employee performance appraisals are still carried out by task executors manually using an assessment form paper approved by the leadership. Performance appraisal is assessed based on subjectivity without clear and measurable standard criteria, resulting in gaps between employees. then there is a human error that is marked in making the calculation of the value so that it is less accurate, allowing errors to occur when calculating and formulating Excel formulas. The performance appraisal method in this study uses TOPSIS. The results of this study are to design and build an employee performance appraisal application system using the TOPSIS method.

Abstract

Housing is one of the basic human needs and is an important factor in increasing human dignity. This is a very dominant problem in human survival to carry out all its activities. Prospective buyers are not easy in choosing housing, because hasty decision making will not provide the satisfaction expected by prospective buyers. In determining residential housing requires consideration to get a dwelling that fits your expectations, because everyone has different abilities. This study aims to create a decision support system for selecting the best housing in accordance with the wishes and needs using the WASPAS method with housing selection criteria including developer, price, land area, building area, distance to the city center. The recommendation from the selection criteria for the Bukit Semarang Jaya Metro developer using the WASPAS method is the Bukit Kencana Jaya housing estate with a Qi value = 0.872. Bukit Kencana Jaya has the highest value because it has a low price where the price criteria have the highest percentage weight. The combination of price advantage and weight advantage gives Bukit Kencana Jaya a high value.

Abstract

Beastmedia Studio is a graphic design team that operates on the Fiverr platform, offering design services such as clothing design, logos, cartoon illustrations, and others. The freelancer team certainly really needs a website to accommodate their works so that other designers can see and have the opportunity to generate better income. The aspect of life that is heavily influenced by Information and Communication Technology is in the field of selling digital products. Product sales allow users who are looking for design products to make transactions on the web. Seeing the prospect of selling digital products, causing many graphic designers and freelancers to be interested in doing business in selling web-based graphic design products. Web Houses Graphics is a website selling design products based on Codeigniter 4 as an inspiration for designers and consumers to make their work easier. The development used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and testing through the Blackbox Testing method. Codeigniter 4 is an open source application with a basic PHP framework or hypertext preprocessor that uses the MVC method, namely models, views and controllers to create dynamic websites and uses the PHP language. Dynamic website is a type of web page that is organized based on content and layout that has a lot of information. Dynamic web has complex functionality such as validation of low latency input, progress reports, dynamic menus, and providing user experience on a website. Houses Graphics also provides vector designs such as types of vector illustration designs, logos, lettering, and others. Houses Graphics sees business potential in this digital era and sees consumer needs for graphic design. Consumers who need a design or design label, to meet the needs of these consumers. Houses Graphics requires a means that can bridge communication with consumers. Sales of graphic design products based on Codeigniter 4 using a responsive concept using PHP basics with an MVC framework and dynamic concepts using Bootstrap 5. Codeigniter 4 facilitates website development with complete features and the execution process is faster, so that in designing the mvc web information system sales of graphic design products are able to implemented using the Codeigniter 4 framework.
